NOVA FARM is a Romanian company with private capital, established the legal form of limited liability company.

NOVA FARM was founded as a pharmaceutical company in 1994 by pharmacist Georgeta Calin (with 20 years experience in the Romanian National Medicines Agency) in order to provide complete services of the import, storage and distribution of human drugs. NOVA FARM manage medications at different stages of clinical research or bioequivalence, designed to provide the marketing authorization of medicines with therapeutic efficacy and as much as possible without adverse and non-toxic effects.

Since its establishment the company's activity was dedicated to importing and distributing Lundbeck drugs in Romania. Lundbeck is a Danish pharmaceutical company working on the segment of central nervous system disorders: including depression, schizophrenia, Alzheimer`s disease and Parkinson's disease. Lundbeck has offices in over 55 countries, includin Romania and more then 5,900 employees.

NOVA FARM warehouse meets all the conditions currently covered by EU legislation (GxP), on facilities, personal, pharmaceutical services. Since 1996, NOVA FARM has created a department specializing in import, storage and distribution to sites of therapeutic units and materials for the performance of clinical studies, according with all GCP requirements.

In October 2010 we opened new headquarters NOVA FARM, which includes all activities of the company, Romanian National Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices has approved releasing new warehouse operating authorization.

Balanced strategy adopted, always coupled with prudence worked and works, so that turnover in the last 3 years has increased, explained by cooperation with the suppliers of excellent quality drugs- brands and through the professionalism of NOVA FARM team.

The 17 years of experience on the Romanian pharmaceutical market, careful monitoring of its evolution in terms of legislation, and also the reality on the field, professional and moral qualities of NOVA FARM staff, encourages us to approach with courage any development problem.
